Dr. Warfel is a professor of insurance and risk management at Indiana State University where he teaches classes such as Property/Liability Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Introduction to Risk and Insurance, Commercial Liability Insurance, and Insurance Seminar. He has been retained in more than 90 insurance litigation matters covering a broad array of issues. He has been hired on behalf of policyholders, insurance agents, insurers and third parties. He has extensive speaking ad writing experience. He is a past President, Western Risk and Insurance Association. (1998)
