Mr. McSwane has more than 47 years of healthcare and insurance industry experience. His career began as an hospital administrator in 1953 and includes a long tenure with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and as a consultant to the healthcare industry. His area of expertise includes, but is not limited to: Medicare, Medicaid and managed care with emphasis on insurance benefits, exclusions, limitations, regulatory compliance, and bad faith; deceptive trade practices; fraud; billing issues; medical contracts and agreements; and medical practice appraisal.
