John Oakley,
President Mr. Oakley is the president of RHA. He is responsible for company operations as well as the continued development of RHA's litigation support services division. He also has responsibilities for marketing all of the company's services and acts as the coordinator of the litigation support practice. He also handles advertising, writing and the production of The RHA Review. Mr. Oakley was previously employed by Oakley Marketing Associates, Inc. |

Alice H. Oakley, Sr. Vice President
Ms. Oakley is senior vice president of RHA, Inc., and serves as marketing director. She is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the home office. After graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Ms. Oakley took a position with J. Besso & Co., a Lloyd's of London insurance broker based in London, England. She then returned to the U.S. and worked in SMU's office of development as an assistant director. Ms. Oakley joined RHA in January of 1994. She is extensively experienced in the design, construction and management of databases. She also oversees the design of all RHA, Inc., promotional materials. |

Joan D. Lee Ms. Lee is RHA, Inc.'s, assistant corporate secretary and serves as personal assistant to the company's founder. She has been with RHA, Inc., since 1980 and provides technical support on many litigation support projects as well as overseeing the company's monthly billing process. |

Jeanne Greene Ms. Greene is an administrative assistant who serves as the technical assistant to the actuarial practice and also to the company treasurer. She also provides technical support on many litigation support projects and is responsible for the company's bookkeeping and accounts payable. |
